Online ordering

If you use our online ordering your shipping cost will be calculated for you based on the total weight of your order and what option you choose for shipping. (post office, ups, etc..). The cost will be shown as you add to the shopping cart. You can cancel or make changes to your shopping cart at any time prior to finishing the order with payment method.

If you are located out of the continental us please process your order and choose international shipping option. After you process your order it will be E-mailed to us. We will calculate the shipping cost of your order based on the weight and your location and we will email you back with 2 shipping options for post office and ups shipping. We will quote you the actual shipping cost as we don't add large handeling charges like some web sites do. If you decide not to order based on the shipping cost then we will cancel your order. If you choose to continue to process the order we will ship and process your payment. At the time of shipping. we do not process credit cards prior to the day we ship. If you have submitted a credit card and decide not to take your order then we will destroy your credit card information and we do not keep a record of it.

Non-online Ordering

If you are ordering an item which is not available in our on-line ordering then the shipping cost will be determined based on the shipping method you choose. We ship ups (ground, 2nd day air, 3 day air & overnight) and post office (mail, priority, or overnight). All packages will be sent insured in case of loss or damage to the item in shipping. We charge the actual shipping costs of the item. We do not charge a handling charge like many companies do. We can quote you the shipping cost if you call or email us with your order and ship to address.

Shipping Costs for Jewelry Items

Our online shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping charge for the item you choose. estimated cost to ship 1 piece of jewelry ups ground is $ 5
plus the cost for insurance costs based on the value of the jewelry item.
Insurance is calculated at the following rate:
under $ 100 total value = free insurance
each $ 100 increment over the 1st $ 100 is 35 cents per hundred dollars

from date of shipment from maine by ups ground.

Example: If we ship friday and your in new york you would count 2 working days from Friday. So you should receive the package on Tuesday of the following week.

1 day : Most of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island

2 days: New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia,
& parts of Ohio

2 days: Alaska & Hawaii (2nd day air required for these states)

3 days: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana,
Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan & parts of Ohio, Minnesota & Missouri

4 days: Florida, Mississippi, Louisianna, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota & parts of North Dakota, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri & Wyoming

5 days: Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico & parts of Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Oregon & Califorina

6 days: parts of Oregon & California


    Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by ups. for guaranteed delivery time ask for next day air or 2nd day air shipping. All in stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends/holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm est, or 3 pm est for expedited orders (next day air or 2nd day air) can usually be shipped the same business day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same express handling.


Domestic Expedited shipping information and rates
(for us orders only)

Note: UPS does not deliver regular shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. The only option for saturday is for overnight Saturday delivery which they charge $ 10 more than their standard overnight charge. If you are ordering an item 2nd day or next day air you must take into account they will not deliver it to you on Saturday or Sunday and those days do not count as transit days for them. If we ship a 2nd day air package on Thursday it will not arrive until Monday.

UPS next day air is available as an option on our online shopping system.
          The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order.
UPS 2nd day air is available as an option on our online shopping system.
          The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order.
UPS 3 day select is available as an option on our online shopping system.
          The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order.
US Postal Priority (3 days approx.) is available as an option on our online shopping system.
          The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order.
US Postal Express (overnight) is available. This is not on our online system but we can email or call you with a price quote. Price will be calculated based on weight of the order.

Canadian shipping information and rates
Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees (if applicable). All Internationally shipped back orders are charged full shipping charge(request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges).
US insured airmail parcel post rates
UPS standard service rates (typically 5-7 days)
UPS express rates (typically 1-3 days)


Alaska/Hawaii shipping information and rates
UPS Shipping UPS only ships to Alaska and Hawaii by 2nd day air and next day air.
If you want either of these choices please select Alaska/Hawaii in the pull down menu from your shipping methods options on our shopping cart and we will email a shipping quote based on the option you chose and we will wait for your approval prior to shipping.
Priority Mail (by us post office)- usually takes 3 days in shipment.
This Choice is normally much cheaper than UPS.
This type shipment must be calculated by us based on weight and size of shipment.
We will quote you based on what the US Postal Service charges to your specific zip code.


International shipping information and rates
Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees (if applicable).

Global Priority (by us post office)- usually takes 3 to 5 days in shipment.
This type shipment must be calculated by us based on weight and size of shipment.
For small packages of 3 beanies or less, or up to 24 packs of cards the cost is $ 10.
Orders of 6 beanies would cost $ 20
For other size packages we will have to quote.
